Vibrational Manifestation ebook download in PDF format. Feel free to read Matthew Norman’s book because it does help to attract the wealth and health! To be perfectly honest, I feel kinda embarrassed writing this review, but I feel as if I have to share this with everyone out there who might be going through what I went through, who might feel helpless about their situation. You see, up until a couple months ago, I had a love/hate relationship with food. I loved eating all kinds of food, but hated how it made me fat. I became self conscious, overly so, and had this irrational fear that my coworkers would disapprove of my excess weight. Working in retail, an industry where appearance matters (read: slim), does that to you, I guess.
Never in a million years did I think a simple ebook could change how I felt about myself. I was introduced to Vibrational Manifestation by my long-time friend Linda, who showed me the ebook during one of our lunch meetups. I had told her about how insecure I felt about myself, and how I wanted to lose weight but couldn’t, no matter what I tried. I even told her that I felt as if the universe was out to get me or something. Which she laughed off.
I was a little hurt about how dismissive she seemed, until she got into this whole thing about how the universe was neutral, and how it was absurd to think of it as this thing with a vendetta on certain people that it goes to great lengths to mess with peoples’ lives for no good reason. I couldn’t help but laugh thinking she made sense despite sounding all preachy, then she told me how she was so much happier after realizing that she was the one in charge of her own life, not the universe.
She told me about how she’d found Vibrational Manifestation online, and decided to give it a try. She said at first it seemed a little New Age “woo woo” than what she was used to, but by the time she was done with the book, she felt empowered. So when I told her my sob story, she wanted me to give it a go.
After I got home that night, I checked out the link she texted me, and bought the Vibrational Manifestation program. And honestly? The stuff that the author (Matthew Norman) writes about felt profound, and yes, as Linda mentioned, a little New Age “woo woo”, what with all the mentions of universe and vibrational states, etc.
But the more I read, the more I understood the author’s take on… well… everything. He writes that we have to align ourselves to a certain state if we want to achieve something in life. Just like how a guitar needs to be tuned before it can make beautiful music, so too do we need to be “tuned” for success in whatever we set out to do. It’s our vibrational state that determines whether we fail or succeed in making money, in getting that job promotion we’ve had our eye on, or yes, even in losing weight.
Now, while I managed to lose weight over the next few weeks after going through the Vibrational Manifestation program, the one thing that it really helped me with was to accept myself and the fact that I had full control over how I felt, good or bad. Just like Linda, I learned that my life was up to me to decide, and that I could get into whatever “vibrational state” I needed to be in, to steer my life in a certain direction. So instead of wallowing in misery and feeling helpless, I did as Matthew Norman advised, and raised my “vibrational state” to a level I was happy with.
The author also included a bonus guide called “Quantum Breath” that I found incredibly useful for stressful days. The breathing exercises in that guide really helps keep me calm when the store gets crazy busy. Some of these exercises even make it feel as if my stress just melts away with every breath. No more panic attacks for me!
If you’ve ever felt powerless about changing something in your life, I definitely recommend getting a copy of Vibrational Manifestation. It will blow your mind with how empowered it’ll make you feel by the time you’re through with the program.
