Ingredients: 4 cups of oat flakes, 300g of pineapple, 2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoon of baking soda,  1-2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 cup of apple juice, half a cup of skim milk, 3 egg whites, raisins.

Preparation: Sift the flour and baking soda, add cinnamon, pour juice, milk and chopped pineapple. Stir, add the oatmeal and raisins. Well whisk whites. Portions of dough dipped in whites and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake 10 minutes in preheated 180 ° C oven. Remove cookies from the baking only when it is completely cooled.

Diet cookies with cheese

Ingredients: 100g butter, 400g of low-fat cheese, 1.5 cups of flour, ½ teaspoon of soda, 1 egg, 50g of sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar.
