Low-carb diet

So, you need to follow a strict low-carb diet for a week. No exceptions! For the entire week of the diet, carbohydrates and fats will be almost completely eliminated. Permission is granted to:

  • boiled or steamed meat. The best fit is the chicken breasts and lean fish;
  • vegetables (all except potatoes), preferably raw, but can be a little steamed. Ideal fresh cucumbers, tomatoes or cabbage;
  • have small portions 4-5 times a day, without adding seasoning, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil and sauces. You can use lemon or lime juice for the dressing.

Exercises

Regular exercise is a must during the low-carb diet and for a week after it. In this case, aerobic activities like running, biking, fitness, aerobics, swimming, water aerobics, fitness and jumping rope are very effective. Try to combine in one workout weight training (work in the gym) with cardio exercise if you are in good physical shape. So that you will be able to help the body burn fat with the diet and exercises.

  4. After stopping, it is recommended to follow a healthy diet and continue to exercise. Physical activity in combination with a healthy diet will not only enhance the effect of diet, and to fix the result, but will not allow you to get additional kilos in the future.
